We are in the process of mergering the IT and Phone systems for Broad Chalk and Sixpenny Handley patients.

This will not be completed until the 8th of April. If you are a Broad Chalk or Sixpenny Handley patient, please do not complete a SystmConnect requst until after the 8th of April.

If you are a patient at Larkhill or Millstream medical centres, please complete a Systmconnect request as normal here.
